Our customer had rented their property to a tenant for a number of years. After the tenant vacated the house, we were asked to decorate it to a standard where our customer could sell on the open market. The tenant was a heavy smoker and it was a challenge to eradicate the tobacco stains and make good the poor condition it was left in but pictures show the transformation we were able to achieve
